Epilog Helix - System LCD error = Sys PleaseR or Please Reboot.

It could be a controller or laser tube.
  1. Turn off the machine and unplug the ethernet connector on the laser tube. Then reboot. If the error still exists with the tube ethernet disconnected, the controller needs to be replaced.
  2. Turn off machine and unplug ethernet connector on the laser tube. Then reboot. If the error goes away with tube ethernet disconnected, the tube needs replaced. Or you can try to blow out connector with compressed air and reseat. This may fix the issue without replacing the tube. Otherwise the tube will need replaced.
